Seminar two: Posing and preparation for Figure Contests Seminar will cover and teach posing in detail. Dieting, training, suits, tanning and more will be discussed. There will be a live competition and trophies will be awarded. Hosted by Julie Green and The Figure Coach Team.
BRING A SUIT or shorts and top and shoes and come prepared to pose! We will teach you to pose.
TIME: 3:00 to 7:00 PM.

Location: This years Seminar is being held at the fabulous Pearl Street Gym. Pearl Street Gym is located at the beach in the town of Long Branch, New Jersey. A quick ferry ride or train ride from New York City to the Jersey Shore. Seminar is 15 minutes from the ferry. 5 minutes from the Long Branch train station.
